Cancellation Policy

In order to maintain the integrity of my scheduling and uphold the standard of service for all clients, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied to any appointments that are canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or result in a no-show. This fee is necessary to compensate for the reserved time and ensure fairness to other clients seeking appointments.
